Delete Your I GET U WELL Account

I GET U WELL users can permanently delete their account and associated cloud data at any time.

Delete your account from the app

The easiest way to delete your account is directly from I GET U WELL:

1. Open I GET U WELL.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Account.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Read the confirmation and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Once successfully completed, your I GET U WELL account and associated cloud account data are permanently deleted.

What is deleted?

Account deletion removes the user's I GET U WELL account and associated cloud data managed by I GET U WELL, including applicable:

• Account information
• Synced smoking logs (including any notes and trigger information you entered)
• Synced smoking baseline information
• Synced reduction-plan information
• Synced craving-session information
• Synced app settings

Deleting your account does not delete the smoking history stored locally on your device. To separately erase that history, use Settings → Data management → Delete all my data inside the app. Otherwise, local information remains on your device until the app data is cleared or the application is uninstalled.
